Miracles defy the laws of science, so something greater than science would need to intervene was one talking point.
With everything Jesus went through between hematidrosis (sweating blood), blood loss from flogging, asphyxiation, and the watery fluid surrounding his heart and lungs Jesus must have died. If He was simply in shock, he would still have to unwrap himself from the burial clothes, remove the stone, and get past the Roman guards by himself after already going through everything mentioned above and more.
